Bandwidth Throttle Tutorial

We have a new tutorial for setting your Bandwidth Throttles, this one checks your bandwidth then modifies the tutorial to give the correct settings for your connection

any feedback on the accuracy of this? bearing in mind its deliberately off by a bit to throttle below maximum (somewhere around 1k/s below 75% of the bandwidth rounded down at several stages in the calculations to be precise... lol)

You should make it test the download as well, and compare the upload speed with the download speed. If you have 512/512k of bandwidth, then you don't really need to throttle your bandwidth at all. if you have 10m/512k, then you'll need to throttle it a lot to get the full download speed.

erm, 512/512 would still want to throttle uploads so their connection doesn't lag and cause downloads to go extremely slow...?
