BSOD in win11
« on: December 28, 2023, 04:22:35 am »
i'm getting "netio.sys" irq not less or equal to AND
"netio.sys" system service exception everytime i fire up winmx as primary and 8 open naps running.
also when the compuer recovers and completers the reboot , when i fire up winmx again, it acts as if it is being installed for the first time....strange.
Anyway i thought i'd mention it as i plan on tracking down the offending items.......methinks it is ignoring memory allocation somehow.....will try without fopnu running to see if that helps

i think your win11 install is broken... i can run winmx primary and fopnu on windows 11 just fine..

have you tried malwarebytes? or the system file check? checked the filesystem of your drive?
also check for new (or older) drivers for your network device...

https://www.malwarebytes.com/ --- first run a scan to make sure your system is clean... if it is clean... or once it is clean..
https://allthings.how/how-to-run-chkdsk-in-windows-11/ --- do this second..
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-system-file-checker-in-windows-365e0031-36b1-6031-f804-8fd86e0ef4ca   --- then this third...

I think i've pinned it. bsod in netio.sys "irqL not less  than or equal to" is a memory violation error occurring when i try to connect my opennap servers.
It's definately coming from winmx"s behavior.....i did a system scan / repair and health check on my OS and it came out o.k.
I was connecting 9 opennap servers simultaneously.......maybe that was it. Next is to try to connect them one by one to see if it happens again....
Any thoughts on this incident are very welcome..... thanks white stripes.

ive connected to over 12 opennaps on windows 11.... something is wrong with your network drivers... or the device itself..
