winmx instaled in my computer is not working properly and download is very slow

I have a problem, I can download from others but others cant download from me (upload)! I have the Telewell-EA501 ADSL -modem now and Im behind firewall. I have tryed to change port numbers but that didnt help. If I try to restart winmx settings, winmx cant find UDP ports or something like that. I dont really understand about these ports and servers things so can you help

Hey Red, can you post back with some more details, are u using a router, if some what make and model and what firewall are u using?

If winmx says that it can't find UDP ports, then that's your problem. Make sure to enable it to send and receive UDP packets in settings>In/out UPD packets.

Open seperate Ports for TCP and UDP. Put the same numbers in the boxes there in the settings in winmx.
