Uploading Problems! Please help

Hi... I am having problems uploading. Every time I try to upload to someone it will timeout.

Dell 2400
2.4 ghz celeron
1.5 gig of ram
Windows XP sp2
Norton Internet Security 2005
Linksys SRX200

My internet provider is Optium Online(Cablevision)
My settings are: TCP = 433
                        UDP = 1032
i use winmx 3.54 beta4 with install1-9.exe update.

your ISP blocks inbound connections, overriding the settings to make it try and accept connections as you have done by setting it to accept connections on port 443 will not solve the problem - you must have winmx set as unable to receive connections (as it is unable to), or changing ISP is a better solution...
