Primary vs secondary connections

Running windows 2000 pro, cable connection w/Comcast.

Cleanly installed / fornmatted new drive.

First time installation & use of winmx on this drive.

I get horrible connections on Primary ...i.e. It show 7 or 8 Primary's & when I do a search for "Beatles" I get onlt eight hits.

When I configure as Secondary I get aprox 500 hits...

At the office on bell south DSL I get 3000+ hits!

Any Ideas?

that sounds like a UDP issue, have you configured your firewall/router correctly?

I believe so....
TCP is set to port 65000
And UDP is set to port 65500.

and forwarded on your router/allowed in your firewall?
