Cannot connect since getting internet phone svce.

I Cannot connect since getting internet phone service. I tried both connections on start up, same thing, no UL or DL's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can brouse others and get into someones Q, and vice versa.

What are your TCP and UDP port settings for winmx?  

Do you have  a router sitting between your computer and the internet service provider?

Voip service usually does have a modem that would require you to forward the ports in order for WinMx to work correctly.
