No, WinMx does'nt carry any spy- or adware.
The Patch from
www.winmxgroup.com does carry built-in blocking of flooders and some (bad) anti virus programs have reported it carrying a worm or trojan because of that.
Since we do know (or at least some of us do, lol) what the patch does that's ok though
