was connected on primary and now no connection??????????

HI  any one please help  I was connected with primary and able to get secondary.  But all of a sudden i received a pm and everthing went to hell  no primary or sec.   I did a dns flush also  did a clean boot and a clean install  and still no connection! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi Its me doc again well i have taken off all and ran a clean boot with clean dl s fresh from mx groupe site and installed orignal hosts file and i am connected  but on primary i am only connected to 1-2 primaries  Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 Thank you whom ever responds

Try deleting the allow rules for winmx from your firewall and re-adding them. Seeing as you have reinstalled, some firewalls detect changes tot he program and block them. also check that your internal ip has not changed and make sure you have the correct ports set to allow in your winmx/firewall/router settings

Why don't you delete Winmx ? Then remove all it's firewall and router rules if any. Reboot and then, install Winmx and do all the rules again. It takes only 10-15 mins. Run a virus scan too. I always do that when anything seems out of the ordinary.

i have done all of that deleted all rules and did a clean reboot and clean install  but i have solved the problem  The problem was in my ipconfig one of the networks was not registered
