hi ya im a newbie!!! got a query if anybody can help!! a friend of mine has win mx, when shes on the download screen, its a complete different version to the version i have got!! her version is black while mine is the old grey style!!! i was just wondering why we would have the different versions??? also hers is a lot faster then mine!!! we are both on broadband!!! any help would be appreciated!!! thanx shr3k

the colour settings are dependent on what you selected when you installed winmx, if you go to settings (top right) then you can change the colour scheme :-)

as for speed... it depends what you mean, however if you mean she downloads things faster then firstly you might have different speed connections, or it might be that the files she downloads just happen to be more popular ones that go faster :-)
