Bandwidth Throttle

Just to disagree with the advice given in the tutorial section

Running DSL:576 down ,288 up

WinMX settings:7kbs in,10.5 out

Bandwith Throttle;limit outgoing:25000

tutorial says i can upload max 11000

on these settings ul is now 18000

any feedback and advice would be welcomed

ps:your tutorial sections are good and these settings work 4 me

did you have winmx running when you did the test? as that would mess up the test (as there is less free bandwidth)

true..all i am saying is with advice settings i got 11000.on my settings i got 18000 and have always used these settings as they work for me
