file error (13)

what causes and fixes this file error (13) when it starts downloading? im kinda new to this. thanks

is your hard drive full? as that is normally the cause for that error

if that is the case then there are only 2 fixes, 1. hard drive upgrade, 2. delete some stuff that isn't needed

Or else, you will have to relocate your download folder to some other drive.

since samseesam seems to have made this a find possible causes contest:
make sure your if incomplete file had been copied from cd (you'd backed it up that way) that you reset it's properties back from read only.
