no matter what i cannot connect

i have windows xp, dsl through verizon, and im using winmx 3.54, ive downloaded and downloaded the patch, and i still cant connect, please help me!!!

Try this, Delete your Desktop Icons, then delete any directories you have for WinMX now.. like in C:\Program Files\WinMX or if you happen like some to have a folder on the desktop that WinMX runs from.. delete those..

Then reinstall the patch from here

Download Various WinMX Version + Patch

Then install a clean WinMX with new icons for the Desktop..
