A small addition to the information posted above for users to hear both sides of this story.
Sabre was asked to visit here to clear up what happened and state his side of things himself but declared " he does not use forums", so I feel honour bound to state one or two further aspects that I feel are cause for concern..

He has denied attacking Josh even though there exists further proof that the IP came from a domian under his control according to his own statements.

We could give him the benefit of the doubt as it is technically possible to create fake IP packets, no one can disagree with this , but the fact is Josh was genuinly attacked and instead of offering to try to help Josh we saw Sabre enter the winmxworld chat room and threaten Josh that if this topic was not deleted, he would put one of his "retained lawyers" on the case and sue.

After being told this would not happen he looked up Joshs personal and private details and proceeded to post them in the chat room along with a phone number, for those who do not know it Josh is a minor, I dread to think of why Sabre has put his reputation ahead of the safety of a young teen.

Folks this sort of activity from someone operating a peer cache is worrying as not only does it show he is a bully but that he has the means to trace those IP,s to folks homes and will not hesitate to do so if you cross words with him, it is no secret his US based cache has a log that would help the RIAA if seized, something we asked him not to keep many times now.

For your own saftey please steer clear of this guy, he is a public menace and out of control, to tell you any different would be to mislead you , I personally do not trust this guy to take care of the privacy of so many users with his attitude.

if you lower yourself to his level, how are you any better than him?

however to be completely honest he has managed to secure himself protection from anyone trying to help winmx, they wouldn't dare take his excuse for an ISP (with all 2 customers... if that) offline for the simple fact that there are thousands of innocent winmx users who have been lied to and tricked in to being dependent on his server... which does of course make his attacks against people even worse, because by doing so he risked legal action taking him offline, which would in turn take thousands of users off of winmx, shows how much he cares about users to take such stupid risks... i don't give a damn if he chooses to risk his own connection with such ridiculous actions, but when he starts playing with thousands of winmx users that he has lied to and are dependent on his single connection staying online, that's a different matter

btw, the question of "why do it?" is an obvious one (ie. why attack him... not much to gain from that) and at first i wasn't sure and just put it down to "because he's an idiot", but then i figured it out...

sabre was obviously expecting him to come running to me "help, knock him offline to stop this", which he so predictably did, that was when i realised why sabre had done it, and why he did it from such an obvious IP Address (making it clear it was him)... he obviously expected that i would help out by knocking sabre offline to try and stop the attack (btw, that wouldn't actually stop it if i had done it, as he would still be able to upload for the attack if i killed his download), then if i had gone and done that, you can guarantee that all of a sudden my servers would get cut off by the abuse departments for it, they have been trying to knock my servers offline for a while, not only flooding large volumes of traffic at them to try and do it illegally, but when that didn't work even making legal threats to try and get them taken offline... that didn't work so this appears to have been their latest plan, i guess sabre didn't search the forum well enough to get my home IP Address so just went for someone whose IP Address he could get more easily (or perhaps he assumed if he attacked my connection, i would be unable to connect to the servers to retaliate anyway?) either way when it failed to work and i didn't retaliate as he expected (really, if you're going to try and trick someone, it helps to know at least a little about them...) he started with the "nothing to do with me, stop telling people about it, start censoring anyone who tries to tell anyone about it or I'll sue you and somehow win because i am big and powerful and always get my way"

btw when sabre went in to make those threats, i did mention i had figured out why he did the attack, and told him why i suspected he did it (ie. what i just wrote)... that was when he suddenly went silent and said nothing more after that

Saber would not want to take anyone to court all that would be needed to be said is that he is running a server for winmx and becouse of his actions he is allowing the tradeing of illegal files. Im sure someone is downloading some thing illegal by connecting through his server.
And he is targeting you for being vocal about his actions. Let him answer a few questions. Just like pie he thinks he can bully everyone in to beleveing what he says as a fact and if that does not work he trys to put fear in you.

LOL its been close to 11 months and this is still going on with pie and the likes of saber one day it will have to be adressed or Winmx will be killed by saber and pie with all their doom and gloom. Really think about it Pie says they want to lay low stay out of the news and now saber is screaming ill take you to court. I dont think so. He is that stupid but im sure some one on pie would tell him to STFU.

What i find so funny is every thing pie and the like have said that km or the DILL will do at some time is just the things they have been doing from September 11 till today.

Dont you mean Joshs loss Nobby, he a teenage boy was the intended victim of Sabres harassment.

I certainly did not know the information posted in the room was not real KM and at no point did I feel it was funny, Sabre was placing Joshs home, parents and Josh himself at risk by his reckless action, soley designed to try to coerce a young boy into removing the proof of his own rather mindless attack on him.

If Sabre was not running a peer cache I would have no hesitation in passing on his details to child protection specialists who are sure to agree that stalking a boy and publishing his private info in a chat room is the work of someone who is a danger to the community, Josh is ready to forgive the attack as he himself admits to being silly himself over the years but I must say I expected better from a grown man.
