hello i am french sorry for my bad english ...
i have a problem with wcs when i host one room one person who have 2 pc . the pc who is not the master on connection can not come in the chat room i host . i can read join flood detected when he try to come
Do you have a idea for me ? please thanks

That's easy - switch off the join flood protection in your config.ini :)

Just put a line in there saying  JoinFlood=0
