Windows Media Player settings

Is there a plug-in or something that can let Windows Media Player display what you're listening to in a manner similar to Winamp? I know there probably is such a plug-in, it justs seems pretty hard for me to find it.

Hi Punk,

No there is no plugins for Windows that I am aware of at this time.. the best solution is to give WinAmp a try.. many folks have both installed.

You can get a free version by clicking HERE .
Then the plugins there are several

My personal Favorite is Joshes new Southern Lights versions which you can get from here:

Reinstall Windows media player or
Install the K-ite codec pack...

* Samseesam recommends winamp

Hi Belleand welcome to the site..

There is not equalizer built into WinMX.. WinMX simply uses what ever you default player is..

Maybe you can find some answers from this site
http://service.real.com/realplayer/index_music.html

If not maybe someone else on site uses Real Player and can help you find your equalizer section on it.
