As you can see they are still operational and tech folks have confirmed they are still working ok, so nothing to worry about it seems.

gave me a little fright when i saw that, lol

seems to be some form of leak somewhere in apache/php, it wasn't closing all of the sockets properly when it was done with them so eventually simply ran out and couldn't create new ones to perform tests with... restarting apache fixed it

the caches were fine (although i will admit to having restarted 2 of them before realising were the problem was)

edit: why did i also not notice the lack of any alarms going off from my monitoring systems here? oh yes, the same hangover that made me think ghostship was a telesales caller...

Well KM i will admit i thini you have the right idea. If i was running a Cache i would like it to run its self and i just keep an eye on it from time to time. lol

I did mention to KM before, should anything ever happen to him, i would drive down to his place and make sure the  caches stay running, he made out i dont have the "skills", this post has now shown me the actual "skills" he was refering too:

#1 Get drunk
#2 Sleep in to avoid hangover
#3 Hurl verbal abuse at tele sales ppl

Ermmmmm your right km, im clearly not qualified, in fact, i think im way over qualified...........

#2 should be "Sleep in due to hangover"
#3 should be "When the phone rings mumble about stupid telesales callers and go back to sleep"
