Information needed on "intruder"

I have been using winmx for about 7 mos and have loved it. I downloaded tcpview to help with slow downloads. Last week I suddenly find a remote address that didn't belong. It resolved to markmonitor. I looked this up and it had me so spooked I uninstalled winmx. I miss winmx and want it back. Is this markmonitor something to be worried about? Thanks in advance for your help in getting me back.

Rest easy Carm, WinMx is a legal to use program, you only cross the line of legality if you share programs you dont own the copyright to, and in some countries even that is legal.

Thanks for the advice. I have downloaded Peerguardian and am getting ready to install. Then I will get winmx back.
