no uploads, downloads or channel list

win xp sp2  sygate firewall   winmx 3.54b4 with patch version 3.0 from https://www.winmxworld.com  FX Serve v 1.39  AVG 7.0

today I installed dropchute lite 
up untill then everything was fine with winmx
now i cannot get a channel list, [occaisionally i get on room listed]
i cannot download or search
no one can download from me

can anyone help me with this?
I have uninstalled dropchute
I have un and reinstalled winmx several times, all to no avail

please recheck your port forwarding rules, your internal IP may have changed

i do not have a router, so port forwarding is not an issue
I turned the sygate firewall off but got same results    no dld     no upld    no channel list
i have uninstalled dropchute
all else seems to be working fine    internet and otherwise
i can't think of any other info to provide that may be pertinent
