Problems downloading

I seem to have a problem downloading files with non-western characters.  For example, the status/server shows 6 0f 6 available in green, but when I click on it, my status is busy with 200 in queue.   If any one can help I would appreciate it.  Thank you.

i think there's a hack some users (particularly Japanese) use to both misreport their queue & allow joining queues to ridiculous lengths.. it's annoying, but i'm not aware of a cure, other than finding different sources with sane queues, or a very very long wait...
