Installation Problems Of Hallmark Program 2006 Deluxe

I am having a problem installing a program on my computer...this message pops up when I try to stall Hallmark Studio ...can anyone help....ERROR 1311.SOURCE FILE NOT FOUND:
C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WINISO\HALL
MARK\CP_HOL~1.CAB. VERIFY THAT THE FILE EXISTS AND
THAT YOU CAN ACCESS IT.

Welcome to the site.
Im sorry to say that his is a WinMX related site and for that reason we dont handle any other program related questions.  I am thinking though you might want to try to google this issue.  I often find others with the same issues and solutions or find forums that are better suited to help me this way.
