Author Topic: How do you download? (Read 4400 times)

I am new to this program and am trying to download songs. I was able to download easily yesterday but this morining when I have logged on the files in the transfer box go red and nothing happens.
As I said I am new to the program and am not sure what I am doing.
Any help would be appreciated.

if you click the + next to the file in the transfer list it should expand it and list the users, along with any error messages saying why its not working

Hi, I am also a relatively new user, and had similar happen too. Try going back to the 'Networks' page (front page), and clicking on 'Disconnect', then 'Connect'. I have often found it is as simple as a dodgy connection. Simple, but effective.

Thanks for your help. I find disconnecting and logging on again helps sometimes. When i click on the t it comes up saying 'file mismatch (004)'. Does anyone know what this means??

Thats an easy one

File Error> 4.File MisMatch Type Error.
Whenever a download file is stopped, It can make The End Of File marker become corrupt.
(Use the Trim 10K command to make the file shorter, so you can download the rest of the file)
