Hey Happy soz i guess I assumed someone had done this for ya.. lol

Anyway im not art maker but this may help, I've used this site before to make metis pics and its work but if you really want the pic here is the url of the site I used:

And I've attached a copy of the output I got from using your pic you provided.

Keep in mind this is not spaced right for metis so requires both lineing up and spacing, and color codes.
