Hi Sheri,

Find your WinMX icon near the clock or near the top left corner of your WinMX screen, right click it and choose 'Reset All Windows'  should fix this..

Are your running as primary or secondary?
Do you get the  full box in view but no files show?
What operating system are you using?

Usually the newer Nortons all you need to do is set WinMX to the Permit All on the programs list and it works ok.  Make sure you dont also have the XP firewall engaged or its configured to allow WinMX.

If your still having troubles we're happy to help...
