Downloaded songs show incomplete in music file

After downloading songs the open incoming folder is inaccessible, then when checking the music(documents) folder the song that was downloaded is still showing as incomplete.

go to Winmx>Settings>File transfers. You'll see the location of the incoming files folder... Set it to something like c>my downloads> etc,
Better to keep the location short, for easy navigation and other reasons as well.
