could be a few reasons for this issue...........
1 being there fakes...
2 your actively being blocked by a upload manager leech hammer mxmoni for example
3 there pie patched users running pg2 since pg2 incorrectly blocks dll patched users or even there isp in some cases this will prevent the files from activatvating..........
4 your pie patched..........
