What does this mean when a file says this when I'm trying to download some files ? File Error > ( 11 ) "A sharing violation

There are 9 files now that I'm trying to download . And they all say this File Error > ( 11 ) "A sharing violation

Can anyone tell me why the files say that for ?

it means something on your computer is locking the files, i believe musicmatch is the most common program that causes it (if you have that, disable the library indexing bit and the problem should be solved)

I do not think I have musicmatch on my PC . I think I took it off of my PC a long time ago .

have a look at a free utility called Unlocker http://www.snapfiles.com/get/Unlocker.html
if you instal that & open your incoming files foilder, then right click one of the files giving the error, choosing unlocker on the context menu should bring up a window telling you what has the file locked.. which will enable you to reconfigure or close whatever software it is...
