I need a step by step for the new patchs.Dll files cant be runing

I had down loaded all kinds of patchs. I still cant open the file  or use it to open WinMX.  A DLL file need a soft ware to be running. I couldnt find that soft ware. instructions sends me to  windows search but i couldnt select right  program to run DLL file. can any body help???!!!. please help me> I need a step by step instruction. My  goal is runing 3.53 WinMX. winmxgroup.com is blocked as you all know. they  refer my  patchs at  winmxworld.com. patchs are hyper linked here:https://www.winmxworld.com/tutorials/connection.html   
they all can be down loaded at my  desktop !!!! but what is the next  step??? as I said  earlier DLL file  failed to be  opened on my  PC.   please help

double click answer the questions pick the version you want and away you should go
there is no need to open any dll file it is a self installing package

step 7   this will take you to the ready to install winmx screen click on install

if this is a fresh install it will go through the setup wizard for your pc

step 3 chose the incoming files folder (e.g  i make a separate folder in my documents and call it winmx downloads or you can just use the default folder that shows up anyway ) then click on next
step 4 chose from the list your connection type then click next
step 6 it will automaticly start to configure for your internet connection
step 7 choose what colour background you require ( not important if you are not going into chat rooms ) click next this takes you to the tips for new users screen
step 8  read and digest click next & your winmx should start up &  should be fully installed ( it may take a few minutes to connect)

if it does not connect leave all your details about your pc here e.g o/system /net connection/security/pc setup etc and no doubt a solution will be easily found from one of the experts here on these issues

- Making this  long query from a computer iletrate completes , i have to  say that i had  used  and welling to use Winmx  software as an every time/ eachtime down load  ( when needed)from a P.C that  located in an Internet cafe.
- In other words all setup should and will be deleted completely when i turn off the internt cafe PC.
- when i would want to use win mx again i have to  do the whole process  again.
- the reason i do that is because here at the cafe  internet and all applications work fast.

David if your not seeing the correct downloads on that page then its because your browser like Internet Explorer has a 'cached' page.. go to the link and while your there hit Ctl + F5 keys and it should cause your Internet Explorer to refresh allowing you to see the correct page.
