Ok folks we are investigating the problem and it seems like there is some sort of cache/patch blocklist issue , please dont panic if the caches reboot from time to time to flush out the bad data , currently they are taking an excessive amount of traffic for some reason, so pleae be ready for a longer delay, they are up though so dont be alarmed if you cant connect instantly.
