Hi guys!
I got a prob: WinMX ver3.54 always reconnects after ca. 1 minute, so no download or searching is possible.
How can I fix that? Never had such problem before..

Same problem here, and also happening to another friend. Reconnects after 58 seconds.

OK, there is a problem at the moment. I gather it is being worked on so just relax. Metis bots still connect and stay in rooms.

OK, I got the Pie 3.4 patch which is a host file. I extracted that into C Windows System 32 Drivers Etc and replaced the standard host file. I now saty connected past 1 minute. I did not delete the WinMXWorld patch

Hmmm, I'm having the same problem. Not sure what's going on, it doesn't seem to be good though. I can't seem to hold a secondary very long at all.

from what I'm being told by many - this isn't limited to just being booted from a room or losing your primary or secondary, its taking down any active transfers or nap nets as well. (in essence breaking all active connections in the mx client itself)
I moved my olelg.dll out of my prog files and restarted and can stay in a room.. (to at least monitor things while these great folks find a solution) ...if it means anything, or helps...stay tuned folks
