Hiya guys i was wondering if someone could help me up until mayb 3 days ago i have been using Robomx in my room and now the wpn wont connect and i cant get half the xml files to work in the room this happneed very suddenly could anyone help ive tried the patches but still no hope like ...the bot is in room but very annoying that i cant get it to run how i want it to i would be very greatfull for any help or advise anyone could give me plz

I think if your having more than one problem with it that you should copy your plugins folder and completely uninstall it and install a fresh updated copy. Then just paste your plugins folder in so you will still have everything. Any xml errors would show when you start your bot and can be fixed from there. Good Luck

hello m8 ty for that but i think ur not understanding what im saying there is no problem with the xml files ecept they aint working in the room because the wpn wont connect when this connects the xml files work tidy and this has only just happned in last 3 days ive tried the dll patch for it but nothing doing also

Well I guess I am misunderstanding you cause my bots are never connected and the only thing that doesnt work is the pm's. Hopefully someone else can help you.

Hi Valleysbloke,

Im not sure what version of RoboMX your running your Metis on but I would suggest you update (if its not already) to RoboMX 2.08 and add the caches manually and see if this helps ya.

As Raven says back up the plugins folder and install this one or rename your current RoboMX folder in program files either way.. and then add the caches as per this page:

Ty guys all sorted now the wpn is connected i already updated but didnt manually add the cache so its all run smooth now ty very kindly for ur help and support

Helo again guys sorry to be a pain i had the bot running from them cache entries but it stopped again i tried to add the entires again but when i do and click ok i get an error report from the bot and it shuts down without the entries it wont connect tho any ideas?

Hi Valleysbloke

I would try this... delete all pervious version of robo. But keep the config file. Get the lastest version of robo. Using your original config file and drop that into the robo. Also make sure it is allowed again through your firewalls.

Oh and before I forget make sure that the ws2 file or the host file is up to date

hiya m8 ty for this advise i have tried this many time i have deleted robo and tried and tried and tried again m8 my firewall aint blocking it its auto configured thro my firewall zone alram ty for ur help tho my friend ...bloody bots

ok i think i have seemed to have found what the problem is its the dll file if i remove the dl file the bot doesnt get this error and shut down when i added it it then gets this error again and shuts down

Ok another update i have finally got it to work i removed all cache again and then deleted the dll file and put the cache entries back in again and it seems to be working again ty all for ur help ....Bloody bot are a pain but ty
