Zero Secondaries

  I run WinMX  v 3.54 beta 4  with a primary connection and the WinMxWorld patch.  In the last 2 weeks I've noticed that I have NO secondaries + fewer primaries ( it used to be 6-8 primaries+ up to 8 secondaries ), also I can't u/l to some  users: others No prob. I haven't  changed anything I know of. I  tried changing ports , but that does'nt help.

please let us have some more info on your setup .... o/s...security...isp ...modem/router etc
it could possibly be your modem/router has re-set or an update has caused this....also worth a try is to reinstall winmx  from here ....give it a go as this often solves unknown little niggles that appear now and then.
