Hi All

Thought to share some information with you all. I am running a 98 laptop (pentium3) with xp service pack 2 built in.

Here are my results of online for that few days unfortunately the primary i was connected to did reset but not until after over 200 hours.

I think that time is very respectable for a laptop, anyone else got a similar or better time, and no fakes ..lol

I don't. I am on a dial-up connection that kicks me off after so long, so I could never come close, but using Whois I did FIND someone that beat it. Does that count?

how much memory winmx was soaking up (taskman screenshot... no cheating) by the end of those 200hrs is what id like to know

after seeing that methinks i have a leak.... winmx will start out at 8mb and work its way up the longer it runs.... will try the usuall fix methods (reinstall etc)... you also seem to have gotten firefox to play nice as well X_x

for a japanese user thats normal... the net connects available in japan are damn impressive

I have defrag set up to run at 3am every second night if that is any help @ silver.

Not sure if this is a help but it might be.

And I love using firefox now it has had it problems with me. I was not able to use it for my uni boards. Since the lastest version it does work nicely. I am using 2.0.0.5 for firefox.

Not sure that these are helpful but they work for me on here.
