cant download Metis in the download section

i cant download Metis in the download section here. I mean by everytime i click Metis in bots page it comes up with this link   http://www.mxcontrol.org/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=11

for some reason when i start the bot it says

Drop the ws2_32.dll  connection patch into the metis folder doomer

what metis version did you d/load? and what exactly did you do with it ?

i downloaded the version Metis 2.0 Beta 3 and the thing i did with it is install it and open it then start it but it didn't connect and just said

Some one pleeeeaaaase fttp/host a working metis 2.80  here to save our sanity.
Fully configured & connected would be great lol
I would myself but it would mean trawling through a ton of backup discs  :roll: :roll:

Everything needed to run Metis Bot:

1) Install RoboMX from Here

2) Download the Metis plugin from from Here
    extract and place in the RoboMX Plugins Directory (usually C:\Program Files\RoboMX\Plugins)
 
3) Download the 3rd party connection patch from Here
    place in the main RoboMX Directory (with RoboMX.exe)

    OR

    Follow the instructions given Here to manually add peer cache addresses to RoboMX 2.08

All you have to do now doomer is follow the instructions above carefully & to the word to have yourself a fully working bot.... there are plenty of scripts kicking about the place (they have there own section on the forum) you can use to add to it to suit yourself

i see no difference
i think i already have 3rd party connection in robomx

  Doomer delete the third party connection patch and edit the peer caches by following these basic instructions .. https://www.winmxworld.com/tutorials/robomx-adding_caches.html This worked for me a couple days ago.

  I just want to add that you have to take out the old winmxgroup caches before you add the new ones.

If you let it install into the default directory doomer it will be here

click start then click on my computer then find and click on your C/drive then find and click programme files then look down the list for a folder called RoboMX     <<<<<< thats the folder you want & it should have a folder called plugins inside as well
