I am a newbie and have a question... i have read the tutorial titled...How to read the Japanese Language File Names in WinMX ... does this allow the Japanese to be read in English or just translate the files into proper Japanese characters...if the later..how can i copy the file titles so as to paste them into a translation program like google has... thanks in advance for any help you can give..

That guide allows you to see the Japanese characters correctly, but doesnt help you understand the Japanese language. Unfortunatly there is no 'copy' option for searches or for browse so there is not way to copy the text to a translator to be put in English for you either.

thanks for the response.. i suspected as much..i also suspected that i could not copy the file names..so i guess i am stuck trying to figure out whick files to download!! lol!!
