upload problem

i have recently just reinstalled winmx and no one can download off me, i am using norton 360 which is set up to allow mx, xp and i'm using orange mobile broadband icon 225, i have no idea what is causing this problem and would like some help please

has winmx been allowed in the windows firewall?

Also are you running a router?

windows firewall is not on using norton 360 but it is allowed  and no i'm not running through a router, i have orange mobile internet so it just plugs straight into usb

As far as I'm aware you are not going to be able to use Primary with WinMX and moble service, the best way to fix this for you is do this

Go into WinMX Settings > Incoming TCP > set this to Unable to listen on...
Now click on In/Out UDP > set this to Unable to Send or Receive ...

Now on the Networks button of WinMX under where your name is you see two options  place a tick in the one that says

Make a Secondary connection to the WinMX Peer Network.

Now after you've ticked this you need to shut WinMX down completely for the new port settings to work properly.
