Beckerman’s article, entitled “Large Recording Companies vs. The Defenseless” seeks to explain the processes of the RIAA in simpler terms, and makes suggestions for those working in courts to ensure that justice is always kept in mind.

Ray Beckerman is likely well known to many of the regular readers here with his "recording industry v the people" website that documents each case and its outcome into a comprehensive and helpful reference for defending lawyers who may not be aware what the recording industry are stating under oath in the next state whilst stating something different in their case, and to have an article requested by the judges magazine itself for the education of its readership is just something many folks only dream of, lets hope we see some attitude changes caused by this small but significant event, as always cheers to Ray and his team for their unbending efforts and support of the victims of the recording industry's legal trolls.
