Can't Get The PAtch To Work

I have tried several times to upgrade from WinMX v3.54 beta 4 to v3.54...........unfortunately every attempt has been unsuccessful. I get a message that the Windows install was successful, but then when I open the program, I get a message that a problem has occurred and the program has to close???? I cannot get beyond that point. Anybody have a similar experience? Any suggestions for resolving this? I am running Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3, on a 2.40GHz Pentium with 1 GB RAM................Thanks...............T

Try uninstalling winmx and deleting the whole folder in program files. Then download winmx again and re-install it.

Please post back and let us know if that works.

there is no version 3.54 the beta you had was the last version of winmx that was written.
please download and reinstall from  https://patch.winmxconex.com/
