It will soon be new years folks so we have a few things to get done here, but I,m sure you will all join with me in wishing our fellow WinMX users a happy and prosperous new year

I am very very happy because the RIAA can't fool us. Well done everybody who has made this possible!!! Thankx

I now you have to patient but still it takes very very long. It's better than no winmx but when your a secondary and need to refresh because your primary realy sucks you lose everything and you will have start al over again and again ... Good primary users are rare and I never find one

Maybe its me or my computer?

Yes Happy New Year everyone. I have been looking around the P2P clent scene and it is just amazing how few users there are on the other systems. Here as soon as I am online people are downloading from my 10,000 plus collection. On Bearshare I have only had one download in 5 hours and Ares is not much better.

Soulseeker seems to be more active, but I doubt anyone on that network would know a good oldie if they say it, judging from the downloaded requests they are a pretty young lot over there these days, and of course all the Bit Torrent Clents take an AGE to index my collection.

So in 2006 if it is music downloads you are after, quick and muti sourced then WinMX still rules over all the rest.

God, there must be away to let EVERYBODY know that WINMX is truly back and get the files moving and chatrooms happening again ...The numbers in our room since September are soooooo sad! There was a slow risem but now things seem to have come to a halt! WTF?!!

Welcome, things are actually on a slow rise, numbers are still climbing. The best thing we can do is get everyone posting on the net about it. Post the patch links, post the peer guardian links for hosts files fixes, post the search info stuff.. post it everywhere...

Folks might be surprized at just how many WinMX users there are or P2P users there are on a forum for cars, hunting, arts and crafts, finance, stuff like that.. hell tell everyone.. !!
