How to unlimit the upload limitation 100?

try turning your idea arround ITwins, let's asume you ve found a file you like and want verry much , you que for it ..but the user offering it allready has all you have or maybe just is not intrested in any of your files, would you like it to be hanging in his que forever because he shares with your attitude/idea?? because with your sharing tactics ..you would be

this is why i like winmx letting the user choose when they want to que at spots over a 100

and these japanese files? well if you can t read what they are there's verry little point in browsing them in my opinion, the only time you ll be able to guess what they are would be if they showed up in a search (and even it s kinda hard to be sure)

iTwins  you are missing the point, the setting in moni on general tab, if ticked and set 100 will strictly limit the queue size to 100..
if anyone else tries to enter your queue, even manually, then moni will cycle the queue as in my previous response in this thread, (I explain how to have an endless queue)
Unticking this limit will allow more than 100 in queue, if the users right click in the transfer window and manually enter queue..So based on Catergory and thread title my answer is correct

You do not have any limit in your upload queue, size it is UNLIMITED !!!!!!
The limit is ... Auto-Enter Queue 100 in everyone else's winmx
if Auto-Enter Queue on winmx is set to 100 and you have 103 in your upload queue, then MY winmx will NOT enter your queue..

I can make my queue show 300 in queue no problem.. but this isnt the point.

For others, I would have to say probably not. But that doesn't apply to me. I have many files they want that they don't have. Even if they have everything I have, I would still wait in line hoping that the transfer might start UNINTENTIONALLY. This usually happens in the middle of the night when the person isn't monitoring or while they were at work. Plus, your computer waits. Not you. You have nothing to lose.

See, again, you are stereotyping what people could be thinking. Just because you think this way doesn't mean others are thinking what you're thinking.  Just because I cannot read or understand them doesn't mean I don't want them. FYI, these Japanese files are pr0n. Pr0n is international; you don't need to understand them. Ooops, sorry, I am stereotyping too. You probably watch pr0n for its story. Anyway, these porn series use product codes. i.e. KARMA-244, E24-01, S35-01, etc. You don't need to read Japanese to understand them.

OK i will explain how ppl use the 0-0 hack, its normally 1 of 3 ways,

I fall into category 1. No freebies from me. However, I do help people finish files that are missing the last hundred megabytes or so. I feel sorry for them. Nothing pisses me more than seeing people who appear to be generous sharing their files but aborts your transfer at the last few megabytes or so....just to annoy you. Or those who trade with you aborts your transfer when their download is complete. I hate this MXMoni option.

I think you are missing my point as well (or probably I wasn't expressing my points correctly(. I have entered into others queue that are in the hundreds (eg. queue #647) despite my setting 100 in search. I did not enter into their queue manually. It was done automatically. All I did was expand the file list, right click and click "Download Group". Most of the Japanese traders I deal with all have this feature in their client.

yes, you are right from search, this will happen... regardless of queue settings..

Yes, and so does your client and mine, it is not a special feature, any winmx has an unlimited upload queue,
it's the auto-find sources that is limited

As an aside, the Japanese users are useful to allow, you see, every file ever traded has a 'hash' not just those Product Codes, and theose hash codes never change, even if the user renames the file, so when you download a popular file,and you see a Japanese user in the multi-source download, it is still the same file. take the time to browse that user and you will find the file there,in blue, likely with an unreadable name, but still the same file...

And I wouldnt go so far as to say that all Japanese users have all pr0n, i have multi-sourced many files from them...

Now, this progresses to another question: Why does it happens on some while others don't? Is there a workaround to do what you it to do? I only want others to enter my queue automatically regardless if my queue is at 100 or over 100.

The hash is a nice to have but irrelevant. There is no absolute authentic method. Just because others share the same file with the same hash doesn't mean the file is not a fake. People are ignorant. They keep anything regardless their authenticity. I lost count the number of fake files I downloaded based on the number of people owning the same "hash". Even the product codes I used to track them are not prone to fakes. The best way I use is to see the number of the same series they own. Chances are he's an expert and knows which is fake and which is not. But then again, so what if you downloaded fake files. Apart from a little time and a small amount of electricity, you have nothing to lose. Delete it, learn from mistakes and try again.

you do not see the hash unless you look at your incompletes in the incoming files folder...

the hash is the great long hex number after the true file name on an incomplete file, as shown in the pic, and yes, its true, if several people are sharing the same fake file, it will have the same hashbut that was not my point

my point was that even if renamed, the hash never changes, so a Japanese or Typonese or Timbuktuan user who has that file, and has renamed it to make it completely unintelligible can still contribute to your download. Nice, huh?
