well, again wcs seems to be having issues....throughout the day today, i have watched my connections go down slowly but surely...from 10 this morning to just one connection this evening

what can i do to correvt this situation and keep my room open?

are you using the 3rd party patch (latest)?
if that isn't the issue, you might investigate the WCS 1.8rc5 server
it has many more features than WCS 1.7.x which i think is what "advanced" adds stuff to..
may well do everything you want.. without any connection hassles
