connection issue

I'm obviously behind the curve on all this.  I suffered a viral crash several weeks ago (Juliy 2013) and, after recovery, MX United would no longer connect.  Has the whole network crashed again, or is this a personal problem of mine?  Been searching for somebody with a pulse whom I could ask about this.  New patch? Dead Network?  Everything on hold till new client is ready?

Thanks! I'll try it.  My firewall is set to allow MX, so I don't know what the problem could be on my end.  I use a router, but I connect secondary, so TCP/UDP forwarding shouldn't be an issue (wasn't an issue before the crash).
