New to wimx - need help with Lynksis Router settings

HELP!! HELP!!  I am new to WinMX, but i downloaded it by the advice of a friend who recommended it highly.  I am basically a novice to computers.  Could someone PLEASE help me with how to set my router.  I don't understand 'UpNp', 'Port Triggering' and ' Port Forwarding' setting that I am supposed to us and how to set them and in which order.  I am also confused as to how to set the 'UpNp' setting on Wim-mx setting and the program file setting as detailed on the help page for win mx.

If anybody would be so kind as to help me with some instructions, it would VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT!!!
