lmao, as i stated, i intended the patch to be open source, however, i did not pay for the patch in the end (although my original intention was to), Vladd did and he decided although to allow the source to be available, to place a few simple conditions on it, they are not unresonable, and WAY more than offered by the patch here. Its common knowledge .dll's can be dangerous and as such should not be simply trusted on the word of the coder, who does carry quite a checkered history. If Vladds allergations do turn out to be provable in court and he chooses to persue it, i hope you folks are ready to apologise to all the users whos computers have been infected, ofc, i have no such thing to concern myself with, as any of the users wishing to view the source of the pie patch can do so. They can also switch off elements they wish to, its called free choice, something not practised here either.

And as i have pointed out to you many many many times, i took action from the word go to get the message about blocking out, i have shown the evidence on this site b4, however, the Pie team was not run by me, mine was merely an opinion among the group. Perhaps i could have left earlier, but i decided to stay and assist as many users as possible to get reconnected, an effort of marketing that Pie carried out very well, and ofc, in my opionion and that of others, there is no proven safe option other than Pie, even now, the contents of the .dll remains potentially dubious.

As for who made the patch, it is not relavant, for the reason already stated, the source is available.

As for disrupting this site, i did no such thing, i merely expressed a comment at the laughable post from Tiny, it was the sites regular motely abuse hurlers that jumped in and posted the abuse and false allergations, not i.

Ps. Just as i post this KM post ANOTHER lie about me, i have never accused KM of attacking Mxpie.com, i have merely pointed out a number of factors:

- the circumstantial evidence points to him as a potential attacker
- he promised "action" against the site just prior to a DDOS being initiated
- i have read like all of you that vladd has made an accusation

You see KM, i have stuck to the facts, it is ppl like you, Ghost, Bug etc that take it a little further and claim i am making allergations, when i have done no such thing. This is the hypocrasy, you all complain for me to provide evidence, you carried out the attack, why should i, i never made that allergation? Yet you can make up anything you like about me, and provide no evidence and its fine? Thats hypocrasy. Its like when you leave the site because abuse is being censored from posts, yet Bug, and Tiny (bug especially) have heaped all sorts of abuse my way, yet its allowed, more hypocrasy, this place stinks of it,theres your smell KM. I have never scammed a user and never will, they can view the contents of the Pie patch very simply, and they can disable any functions they dont like, or wish to use, user choice.

you have a copy of the full patch and every single CPU instruction it can possibly carry out is in your possession, have you ever looked at that?

also a note that vladd is distributing .dll files that he states are malicious and can not be trusted - his opinion is that they are used for trojans and viruses, it has been confirmed that his executable package contains a trojan that allows him to not only use all infected systems as zombie systems to launch attacks, but also to steal users passwords, banking info, credit card info, or whatever info they enter in to their system is at his mercy - this is not unfounded allegations this is verifiable fact

i am distributing a patch which i have made clear i consider to be a utility to access a program to modify, and which and which all of pies experts (both pies) have confirmed does not contain anything malicious, now either you are going to confirm that you are merely telling lies and know that you are telling lies, or you are going to state that you actually don't have a clue what you are talking about and therefore should not be making any such claims at all as they are nothing more than made up bullshit... which is it? lies, or bullshit?

also why do you continue to lie? do you really think we are stupid enough to believe that vladd payed for something that he knew was free? he certainly did know it was free and open source long before you claim he then went and paid for it... the only people who actually get scammed like that are people who don't know something is free and think they have to pay for it, i am simply not going to believe that vladd went and payed for it, falling for his own scam, when he even knew it was a scam

I think I speak for all 99% of the sites users here Nobby, not only are you only interested in portraying yourself as "always right " Nobby, you keep brushing over the simple fact, your offering is flawed and until you supply someone with the so called "open source" it just is not.

You claimed is was open src and its not, feel free to provide the src here for the users if you can, we have all the time in the world :roll:

OMG! Attention everyone:

I have just stumbled onto something that is very shocking! Apparently the Windows operating system is completely INFESTED with these .dll thingies! I checked several different versions, and to my horror and dismay found them in EVERY version!

It is clear, my friends. The only thing we can do is turn ALL of our computers off to stop this epidemic.

And don't be fooled! I heard that these are simply libraries of required functions that were created by programmers to offer a way of code re-use and can be called from several different applications, so as not to have to 'reinvent the wheel' everytime you write a new program, BUT I AM NOT CRAZY ENOUGH TO FALL FOR THAT!

Some people who want you to believe the lies even call them 'dynamic link libraries' in an attempt to further the smoke screen of disinformation, suggestion that these .dlls can be linked to dynamically at run time in a transparent way to ease the issues of versioning, and backward compatibility among programs...But I'M NOT BUYING THAT!

You see, this really really smart guy named Vladd said that .dlls are all bad and used for viruses and aren't trustable, and you never know what is really in them. So I won't even bother using one of those tools that claim to view the inside of a .dll to show the functions available, or to show the parameters usable for each one. In fact, I won't even use the other tools available to open the .dll further to look at how it works, and what it actually does.... I WOULD BE TOO SCARED TO SEE THE NASTY LITTLE CREEPY CRAWLIES THAT THE REALLY SMART GUY TOLD ME ABOUT.

Gosh, this reminds me of the time that the idea of black box programming was first started, back when C was an infant...this whole horrid OOP trend that people got into... Some crazy notion that coders would make something available without giving away their family jewels, and allow their work to be bastardized or misused by others, and something about preventing the loss of their intellectual property.... I dunno.

hmmm, I wonder if that is why not everything is open source...

Well, I just thought I would let everyone know the bad news.
