http://www.i2p2.de/release-0.7I2P is an anonymous network, that encrypts and forwards traffic through multiple others computers. On top of the network, it's possible to mail, browse, chat and use file sharing tools in a secure manner. Among other features, the new release offers better connection limiting, higher tolerance to "out of memory" exceptions in helper applications, and an experimental new address system using Base32 hashes of destination keys.
To be honest I know nothing about this system, but it looks as though it may possibly be they way to go if ISP's are going to turn nasty towards p2p.
