I think what forested is saying is this topic is not about software but rather a list to use with software (peerguardian) and could have a better topic heading and maybe be in a different section, maybe a site admin could rectify this

When I'm using the Peerguardian List: http://ip-filter.emulefuture.de/download.php?file=ipfilter.p2p , it constantly locks up PG2 and causes it to crash ... Would there be any reason for this ? Or is this is just shotty Vista exuding more awesomeness?

There is a version for Vista / Windows 7 .. http://phrosty.phoenixlabs.org/pg2-rc1/ since it's still a release canidate, you may experience some bugs. I had to try a couple different ones until I found one that didn't crash. I think I ended up with this one .. PG2 6b (nt).
