Connection but no downloads

Hello...
I hope i'm right here...

I have the following problem:

I'm connected to the networks It's also possible to chat and to search for files.
When i select a file to download the Status is changing to "Waiting for network reply" also when there are free sources.. After a time all Sources, Connections (Busy, Queing) are deletet. I can be connected the whole day without downloading any files. Its a standard file, no exotic things

Who can help me?

Well, we'll need some stats if you don't mind. We need to know what OS-operating system, 98, Win2K, XP, Vista, Win 7? We need to know if you have a router and a modem or what, and the model # of those. Is windows firewall enabled? Who is you ISP-internet service provider? Oh yeah, and which patch you're using to make WinMX connect.

Maybe your auto-find sources & auto-enter queue is set too low
looking at download window of winmx select all incomplete files right click
Set them both..
auto-find sources 10m
auto-enter queue 100
The picture shows the optimal setting for winmx
which will means new files will be set this way automatically
