Do they start at all? If you will, are you sharing any files? Sometimes users use mxmoni or leechhammer to auto kick/ignore users who don't share.
When you wake up each morning always try to remember tomorrow is never your option, it's God's. Love like you want to. Live like you aren't afraid. And ALWAYS try to remember that even if it seems personal it's never as important as something you may have forgotten to do today.

hello trader, you may want to check if the portforwarding was done correctly or if there is some blocking software still keeping you "protected"

one of the places you can check your ports is:

http://www.canyouseeme.org/

also if everything used to work fine prior to this problem.. can you think of anything that has changed in your connection, set-up or on your machine? (maybe new installations of programs or you reinstalled mx? ...anything)
can you post some info about your set-up (your winmx version, operating system, way of connecting (sec/prim), protective software, ..anything important), it's easier helping you if this is known

have you allready tried switching the windows firewall on (while winmx is off) then remove any winmx exceptions in there, then start up winmx

windows fwall should now ask if winmx should be permitted again, re-allow it (after that you may switch the firewall on or off .. whatever you want)

i know this sounds pointless but it might be worth a shot if not allready tried ;-)

Can you confirm that your using the community patch

at the top of your winmx you should see WinMX Community Patch 1.0

If you don't see that, you should re-install WinMX from here:

just wondering...

when you reinstall winmx, do you install in a clean folder (no old winmx files in there)?
(incase you have installed on a partition or other drive than xp was reinstalled on)

Ok trader, I need to know what operating system you have, what antivirus you're using, what antispyware, and who is your isp (internet service provider). Something is blocking your outgoing transfers and we have to find out what it is. I can tell by your posts you're perhaps getting a little frustrated at dealing with it so hopefully we can get you remedied soon enough. There's not many things that will block your outgoing bandwidth unless you are being throttled or shaped, your antivirus is blocking thinking there's some sort of attack (which is usually some versions of norton do that), Windows Firewall is blocking even though you allowed it (which is possable), or it's the other users (not likely everyone who's tried to download though). If everything you say is true I would suggest perhaps you've hit a limit on outgoing bandwidth and your isp has you on a rolling schedule as to when they'll let it go again. Call your isp or visit their website and find their fairuse policy and see what limitations you have on outgoing and incoming bandwidth. Most isps also keep a graph available somewhere for their users to be able to keep an eye on their usage. Try and find that. I await your responce.
When you wake up each morning always try to remember tomorrow is never your option, it's God's. Love like you want to. Live like you aren't afraid. And ALWAYS try to remember that even if it seems personal it's never as important as something you may have forgotten to do today.
