MIzz - a long time user and supporter of WinMX passed away recently after sufffering with long-term illness.

Mizz darl, your now in a better place.

Will miss you Flakey one... oh how i miss our carry on and talk of shreddies and how often Theo was bitten or growled at... will miss stories of Dr Leo and Muffins !!

Wow, really sad news for all of us that knew her. I think we all knew she was ill but her spirit and will, and sense of humor about life made us all feel she was indestructible. I don't want to be patronizing about our relationship, we had major differences of opinion and therefore were not close, however I did admire her, and felt she was a very strong, smart, and funny lady, and a strong presence on WinMX.

Everyone that knew her and there are many, will feel a void in her absence.

Thank you Marty for letting us know, and my sincere condolences to all of her family and friends.

I too feel a loss at this news, Mizz was a larger than life character who spoke from the hip and gave the WinMX community very much of her time and commitment, please all spend a few moments of reflection for this lady and her surviving husband, and keep your happy memories of her safe.

Oh man I just saw this. I'm gonna miss my Mizzniss. As people go she was you never had to ask what she was thinking and with her witt you were going to laugh a little. I cared a great deal for her and it breaks my heart to know she's gone. At least she put up the good fight and I'm sure she'll land in heaven when she takes the notion to land. I have been told today of the very sad news about Mizz - Alice. I am shocked and deeply saddened - she was from my part of the world and we had many a long chat and she bothered to call me on the phone quite some time back. She took an interest and was a caring if not outspoken person - a girl after my own heart! I, for one, will miss her and her opinionated ways and good for her I say! At least she will be remembered as speaking her mind, and having an opinion - something many people don't have the brains or passion for. She was an asset to WinMX and her talents wasted imo.. God bless Alice..
