yeah the apple fans get excited about things like that, but then the big releases always get someone queued up and waiting for the stores to open

ppl camped out for the iphone was actually an ad gimmic by apple.... samsung has poked fun of it on numerous occasions

Im feeling a tingle in my loins for the new client

might want to get that checked

I don't remember asking for any donations or anything else before rounding up a team of developers so I'm not sure what your implying, be patient and hold up with the spiteful tongue.

Sorry for the long wait folks I know we are against the clock but I have a team still working on bits an bobs and they are running a tad late however we are still doing our best to get you this within the hour, theres a hive of activity going on and I know your all ready to lay hands on the work, we havent forgotten you but we are running a bit behind schedule  :)

Indeed it is.

I have called a halt to the activity tonight as I don't think its reasonable for me to whip the developers through the night when its clear to me they need sleep too so I have asked them to stop work for the night and head off to bed.

A release tomorrow has been discussed its been agreed finished or not you will get a copy of the new client,  the 3 folks will work again to bring the client to a release state, a new client name has been chosen and the project now has that name.

I make a formal apology to all of you whom I watched visit this forum today and have supported us throughout the year, my apologies and I hope your forgiveness on this last leg of the long road we are travelling together.

don't get frustrated GS, for a retired WinMx special force you are doing more than enough and I am sure the new client would have been released long ago when you had it all in your own hands. But as often happens you have been dependent of coders friendly enough to spend many hours of their free time to realize what our community likes best, a new client. When that happens it will hit two flies in one stroke, the fly that ordered WinMx to shut down and the other fly trying to bring the network down of which his policies made him ruled out.

Don't know how others feel, but I would like to thank you GS and you all coders making things work, no mater how long it takes
