btw, in case anyone decided to ask about it - there was one change to the block list that really doesn't matter (that's why it isn't in the main block list changes thread)
127.0.1.0-127.0.1.255 was added as a test range, just for testing purposes as a generic range that allows you to make a connection from a "blocked" IP Address if you want to - I have used this block during development but I figured it would be a useful addition to the main list as well because I know others like to play about with things like that
